West of Smithfield off Hwy 70. Turn on to SR 1563 at Johnston Union Church. Approx 3 mile to SR 1571. Go past SR 1572, on right cemetery is behind barn in field. Enclosed by fence. In poor condition. Several small markers, but 14 known graves.
