North of South Johnston High School. Leave Benson on Hwy 301 north to SR 1330 Turn left and cross Railroad. Go past SR 1354. A dirt road & graves are on the right. 1 marked grave. 1 Unmarked grave. Cemetery is enclosed by a wooden fence.
From Hwy 40 and Hwy 210 travel east to Raleigh Road. Right turn on Raleigh Road for approximately 6 miles. Cemetery is located at the edge of road on the left.

 Johnson, Doctor Merrick (b. 27 Mar 1849 - d. 19 Feb 1908) Husband of Caroline Hawkins Capps Johnson (she buried at Johnsons Chapel on Johnsons Chapel Rd). Oh for the touch of the vanished hand, The sound of the voice that is stilled.
