Directions: From Stem Post Office, go northwest on East Tally Ho Rd / Sanders Rd. for 1.2 miles, take slight right at forks in road. at church. Keep on Sanders Rd. after veering right for 1.9 miles crossing under I-85 bridge. Cemetery is on the left in a grove of trees in the middle of a small field.

The W.P.A. Records list name of cemetery as "J.R. Stem". The farm is owned by the Ralph Whitfield family. Cemetery is overgrown, and in bad condition. Most stones are easily readable.
